About Myan.

Built by DJs who still care how a night feels.
The same standard. In any room, at any time.

Didn’t feel like a hire. Felt like a night out again.

Why Myan exists.

Most DJ services exist because someone owns some speakers. This one exists for a different reason.

The four circles in our logo aren't decorative.

They're ikigai -- a Japanese concept for the place where passion, craft, purpose and value meet.

That's the only place Myan operates from.

Passion

You love music. So do we. Not as background. Not as a vibe. As the whole point. Every track chosen, every transition intentional, every moment in your room considered.

Purpose

People still want the feeling. They've just outgrown the chaos that usually comes with it. There's a gap between what a night out promises and what it delivers. Myan fills it.

Craft

Thirty years of real dancefloors. Clubs, bars, residencies, radio. We know how a room moves -- and how to move it. That experience is what separates a night people talk about from one they forget by Sunday.

The sweet spot

This isn't a hobby with a speaker. It's not a playlist with a human attached. It's a craft, taken seriously, offered to people who'll notice the difference.
That's who we're here for.

Done properly, in any space.

The same approach, wherever it happens.

The standard doesn’t change.

Sound, setup, and flow. Handled properly, every time.

Nothing is left to chance.

From first track to last moment, it’s controlled.

It starts with setting up the room.

The space sets the tone. Everything builds from there.

Mark.

The emotional side of Myan. The tracks that mean something.

It starts with reading the room.
Knowing what it needs and what it doesn't. The energy that's already there, and where it wants to go.

The energy stays consistent.
No spikes, no drop-offs. A set that builds properly and lands where it's supposed to.

Tracks deserve their full journey.
At 52, I've played enough nights to know what gets cut short too soon. A great track needs room to breathe. A remix worth playing deserves to be heard properly. That's not stubbornness -- it's respect for the music and the room.

Holding the room from start to finish.
Nothing ad hoc. Everything locked in. The kind of control that only comes from thirty years of doing it properly.

DJing since 1995. Remixing since 1998. Eight plays on Solarstone's radio show. Residencies across Portsmouth and Southampton.

Ryan

The darker side. The drive that makes it serious.

It starts with the engine. The tracks underneath that keep a room locked in. Progressive, purposeful, never predictable. The kind of music that makes people stop talking and start listening.

Atmosphere over energy. Not harder, not louder. Deeper. Ryan's sound sits in organic and progressive house -- built for rooms that want to feel something, not just move to something.

The music hits differently. Familiar enough to move the room. Dark enough to mean it. The best versions of tracks people know, sitting next to ones they've never heard but immediately feel.

You leave wanting the next one. That's the only measure that matters.

DJing since the early 2000s. Live electronic performance via Ableton. Performed alongside Dave Pearce at Trance Anthems events. Co-founder of Anjunaesque.
