By making a booking with Myan Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all services including private events (IN IN), public events (OUT OUT), and commercial bookings.

1.2 Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit or full payment.

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.

• Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

1.3 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide a safe and suitable environment for equipment and staff

• Ensure sufficient space, access, and power supply

• Inform us of any risks or unusual conditions in advance

1.4 Conduct & Behaviour

We reserve the right to stop or terminate a performance without refund if:

• There is threatening, abusive, or violent behaviour

• Illegal activity (including drugs) is present or encouraged

• Equipment or staff are put at risk

1.5 Guests & Attendance

• The client is responsible for all guests attending the event

• Uninvited guests or overcrowding that poses a risk may result in termination of services

1.6 Equipment

• All equipment remains our property at all times

• The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests or third parties

• We reserve the right to remove equipment if safety is compromised

1.7 Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations within a specified period (e.g. 14 days) may be subject to full charge

1.8 Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • Loss, injury, or damage caused by guests

  • Venue-related issues outside our control

• Our liability is limited to the value of the booking

1.9 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, power failure, government restrictions).
