1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Myan Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms apply to all services including private events (IN IN), public events (OUT OUT), and commercial bookings.

1.2 Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit or full payment.

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.

• Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

1.3 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide a safe and suitable environment for equipment and staff

• Ensure sufficient space, access, and power supply

• Inform us of any risks or unusual conditions in advance

1.4 Conduct & Behaviour

We reserve the right to stop or terminate a performance without refund if:

• There is threatening, abusive, or violent behaviour

• Illegal activity (including drugs) is present or encouraged

• Equipment or staff are put at risk

1.5 Guests & Attendance

• The client is responsible for all guests attending the event

• Uninvited guests or overcrowding that poses a risk may result in termination of services

1.6 Equipment

• All equipment remains our property at all times

• The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests or third parties

• We reserve the right to remove equipment if safety is compromised

1.7 Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations within a specified period (e.g. 14 days) may be subject to full charge

1.8 Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • Loss, injury, or damage caused by guests

  • Venue-related issues outside our control

• Our liability is limited to the value of the booking

1.9 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, power failure, government restrictions).

• Name, contact details

• Communication history

2.2 How We Use Your Data

• To process bookings

• To communicate regarding services

• To improve our services

2.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil services or comply with legal obligations.

Your data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.

Terms and Conditions Myan Productions -- DJ Birthday Experience

1. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received. We will contact you within 24 hours of payment to confirm details.

2. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable to another person. The recipient must contact us directly to arrange a date.

3. Cancellation by You

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will be offered a reschedule at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. We will always do our best to find an alternative date that works.

4. Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a rescheduled date. We will not cancel without good reason.

5. What Is Included

Each session includes setup, 80 minutes of hands-on deck time, and pack-down. Setup and pack-down are in addition to your 80 minute session time. The Full Experience includes a recorded mix delivered as a private streaming link within 24 hours of the session.

6. Access and Location

The Full Experience requires ground floor or lift access due to the size and weight of the equipment involved. Please confirm your venue's accessibility before booking. The Session package uses compact studio monitors and is suitable for most locations including upper floors. We will confirm access requirements during your initial 15 minute chat.

7. Equipment

All equipment remains the property of Myan Productions throughout the session. The customer accepts liability for any damage caused to equipment during the session. We will treat your home and belongings with care and leave the space as we found it.

8. Conduct

We reserve the right to end a session early if the environment becomes unsafe or unsuitable. In this situation no refund will be issued.

9. Recording

For Full Experience bookings, the session mix is recorded for the customer's personal use. By booking you agree that Myan Productions may use short clips from the session for promotional purposes, including social media. If you would prefer us not to, please let us know before the session and we will respect that without question.

10. Your Data

We collect your name, contact details and address for the purpose of fulfilling your booking. This information is not shared with third parties and is not retained beyond the period necessary to complete your booking. We comply with UK GDPR.

11. Liability

Myan Productions holds public liability insurance. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that is beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
